Forms not loading/Blank screens

In mot cases this will only occur if you have InstantLOAD enabled. To fix this, make sure you have instanetforms.com identified in your Internet Explorer settings as a 'Trusted Site'.

 

If the above did not fix the problem, close your browser and manually start the Adobe Acrobat Reader program before logging back into the website. To start the program, double click on the icon on your desktop or select Adobe Acrobat Reader from your Programs menu.
