The ‘Home Page’ is the main menu for the Instanet Forms system.
A) HOME - This selection will take you back to the main 'Home Page'. This selection is available on most menus within the Instanet Forms web service.
B) SUPER USER - This option will only appear on accounts flagged as 'Super User', such as some broker or office admin accounts. This will give access extra administration tools available only to such users.
C) TECH CHAT - Tech chat is a live, online chat client that allows text-based conversations with technical support representatives.
D) SUPPORT - Send a technical support request.
E) HELP - This help file.
F) LOG OUT - Ends your Instanet Forms session and exits the system. It is recommended that you always 'Log Out' as opposed to just closing your web browser.
G) SESSION INFORMATION - Session Information provides your basic account information such as current user, account expiration date and days remaining.
H) INDIVIDUAL FORM FUNCTIONS - Access forms individually from this selection. Here you can quickly load a form, fill in, save, print and/or email any form. Forms completed here cannot be attached to 'Transactions' later, however.
I) TRANSACTION FUNCTIONS - Transactions are groups of forms organized by common information. Through here you can outline the basic information on a deal, using an information sheet. Once completed, you add any form you like to the group and manage them together. Forms are automatically filled in with the common information in the profile. You can copy, delete, and even email entire transactions quickly and easily.
J) SETUP AND UTILITIES - Setup and Utilities allows access to the ‘InstantLOAD’ system, ‘System Preflight Check’ and your member information profile. This profile contains your business information, phone numbers and email address. You can also modify your Contact and Clause databases as well as your Quick Start Groups from the Setup and Utilities menu.
