To include your company logo with your forms, please email your account information and your company logo in any format to tech@instanetforms.com. The technical support staff will then process your logo and notify you when your logo has been inserted onto your forms.
NOTE: Logo files are downloaded last. They may appear 5-10 seconds after the form has loaded.
