Preflight System Check

The purpose of the Preflight System Check is to check your system to see if it has the appropriate software and proper settings to operate the Instanet Forms web service.

The 3 steps involved are performed in less than 3 minutes and troubleshoot in the event your system is unable to run the Instanet Forms web service properly.

The PREFLIGHT consists of 3 tests.

Step #1: Check to see if your browser accepts Cookies

Step #2: Check to see if JavaScript has been enabled

Step #3: Check to see if the Adobe Acrobat Reader program is loaded properly and also what version of the program is loaded

Once the Preflight steps have been checked, and passed, you will be able to use the Instanet Forms web service without requiring any additional program setup.
