New and Improved Features and Functions
Below is a list of the New Features we have published to the website as of March 2003.
CLAUSE DATABASE - The 'Clause Database Page' allows you to store and maintain your own set of personal clauses. Any clauses you enter into the system will be unique to your account. That means that no other accounts will have any access to the clauses you have saved. These clauses can be used to paste into contracts that you are filling out.
CONTACT DATABASE - The 'Contact Database Page' allows you to store contact information for clients, agents, brokers, lawyers, etc. This contact information can then be used to auto-populate into a transaction. Any contacts you save will only show up on your account. No other accounts will have the ability to view or use your saved contacts.
QUICK START GROUPS - Create groups of commonly used forms to be instantly attached to your transactions.
KICK-START - Allows you to select a saved form and import it's data into the new form you are creating.
INSTANTLOAD - The InstantLOAD feature increases your access speed over 1000%. How it works is during a typical live session, when you load a form, the form is downloaded to your computer. This may take one minute or more if you connect to the internet using a phone line. With InstantLOAD, the main forms engine is downloaded to your machine ahead of time. This means that when you load a form, the form will not have to be downloaded. Instead of waiting a minute or more to download the form, it will only take seconds!
SESSION INFORMATION - Session Information provides your basic account information such as current user, account expiration date and days remaining.
ARCHIVE - This feature allows you to store saved forms on your computer's hard-drive. You can also archive the form so it can be imported into the Instanet Forms Desktop Software. When a form is archived, it will be e-mailed to you.

TRANSACTION FUNCTIONS - Transactions are groups of forms organized by common information. Through here you can outline the basic information on a deal, using an information sheet. Once completed, you add any form you like to the group and manage them together. Forms are automatically filled in with the common information in the profile. You can copy, delete, print and even email entire transactions quickly and easily.
INDIVIDUAL FORM FUNCTIONS - Access forms individually from this selection. Here you can quickly load a form, fill in, save, print and/or email any form.
E-MAIL - E-mailing forms and transactions allows you to digitally send your contracts to other agents and clients via e-mail.
TECH CHAT - Tech chat is a live, online chat client that allows text-based conversations with technical support representatives.
SUPPORT - Send a technical support request.
HELP - Displays the online help system and how-to guides.
TRANSACTION PRINTING - Print any or all of your forms at once.
MEMBER SETUP - Member setup allows access to the ‘InstantLOAD’ system, ‘System Preflight Check’ and your member information profile. This profile contains your business information, phone numbers and email address.
HOME - This selection will take you back to the main 'Home Page'. This selection is available on most menus within the Instanet Forms web service.
FONT - The font button on the Instanet Forms toolbar can be used to change the properties of the font you are typing on the form. The options available to be modified are as follows: Font Style, Font Color, Font Size.
WATERMARK - The watermark button on the Instanet Forms can be used to attach a watermark onto your form. Currently there are two available watermarks: Confidential and Draft.
ZOOM - The zoom button on the Instanet Forms toolbar can be used to zoom in and out of the form you are working on.
SUPER USER - This option will only appear on accounts flagged as 'Super User', such as some broker or office admin accounts. This will give access extra administration tools available only to such users.
