The fifth setting you will want to check is that the Instanet Forms web servers have been identified as Trusted Sites within your web browser. In order for certain components and features to work properly, Instanet Forms web servers must be identified as Trusted Sites.
Step 1. Select the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and click on Internet options
Step 2. Click on the Security tab within Internet Options. Select the Trusted Sites option and click on 'Sites'.
Step 3. Enter *.instanetforms.com into the textbox and click Add.
NOTE: Make sure the option for Require server verification is NOT checked before clicking on Add.
Step 4. Once you have completed the previous step, click on the OK button. The Instanet Forms web servers are now recognized as trusted sites.
