'Transaction Functions' is a powerful component of the Instanet Forms Web Service. When you create a transaction, you are given the ability to enter any and all information relating to a deal. You can enter the property information, buyer information, seller, listing broker, escrow, etc. Once the information has been entered you can attach any number of forms to the transactions. The forms will be auto-populated with the information saved in the transaction. This is very useful for keeping all the information consistent between multiple forms.
