Located along the left of each page of a form is a set of buttons. The second button from the top is the 'SAVE' button. When this button is clicked all of the form information is automatically stored back to the Instanet Forms server. Users do not have to give the form filename name or perform a ‘Save as’ function. When the form is saved it is automatically stored under the address and/or buyer/seller names.
NOTE: It is a good idea to click the 'SAVE' button on a regular basis while you are editing a form. This will ensure that all of your information is being stored back to the server. Remember that if you leave the form idle for over 15 minutes you will loose the connection to the Instanet Forms web service and you will not be able to save the form information.
