How do I insert clauses into my contracts?

Depending on your Real Estate Association, you may have clauses available to insert into any given contract form. To utilize this, start a form that requires clauses. Once the form is opened, click on the System Clauses icon located on the browser window. This will start a small window with a list of clauses in a list box, click on the down arrow, and scroll to the clause you want and click on it. Next, click the Select/Copy button and this will copy that clause to the system clipboard. Go back to the form window.

You will notice that at the top of a clause section of a form, there is a paste button. Click on this button and it will confirm whether or not you want to paste the clause, and then to ask if you want it at the top or bottom of the existing (if any) text.
