If users require technical assistance they can email the Tech Support staff by clicking on the Support button that is located on every page within the system. The user will then be able to fill in a support request page that will help expedite the technical support process.
Once a technical support request has been received a representative will respond by email with the necessary information required to alleviate the problem.
NOTE: Problems regarding ISP service or computer hardware (i.e. Modems, LANs, etc.) will not be addressed by the technical support staff.
