Instanet Forms allows the users to email a message to a recipient. The email message contains a web address (URL), which if clicked, will automatically load the selected form into the email recipient's web browser.
In order for this to work properly the email recipient must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher loaded onto their computer prior to reading the email message.
When the form URL contained in the email message is clicked, the recipient's computer will launch the Acrobat Reader allowing the actual form will be displayed in the recipient's web browser. The recipient will be able to edit and modify all information inside the form. When the user clicks on the ‘SAVE’ button, the information will be stored back into Instanet Forms server.
Once an email has been sent, you will be notified via email about the status of the emailed form. The email will contain information such as: when the email was opened, printed and/or modified.
NOTE: Make sure that you check the ‘Read-Only’ box if you do not want the form to be editable.
NOTE: Ensure that you have your correct email address in your Member Setup, otherwise Instanet Forms has no way of contacting you with the information described above.
