Brokers have the ability to access the on-line contracts of their agents. This allows for the on-line reviewing and verification of agents’contracts by the Broker. Built-in email notification of remote contract access by broker enables agents to know exactly who viewed what contracts and the time and date of viewing. If an agent decides to make the contract editable the Broker can remotely update and modify contracts without ever leaving the office. A complete history of all changes made and by whom to each contract is available on-line. Agents have the ability to mark contracts as private thus preventing any other party from viewing its contents.
